Professional Standards
Scorpion Alchemia operates with precision, integrity, and clear boundaries. Our work requires trust—executives, families, and organizations share sensitive information about what's not working. These standards ensure every engagement maintains professional rigor.
1. Scope of Work
We are strategic consultants, not therapists, medical providers, or financial advisors. Our work focuses on pattern recognition, strategic recalibration, and organizational coherence. We identify what's creating friction in leadership, family systems, and organizational structure. Clients remain responsible for medical, psychological, legal, and financial decisions and should maintain appropriate professional relationships in those domains.
2. Confidentiality
All client information remains strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law or explicitly authorized by the client. This includes strategic discussions, organizational challenges, family dynamics, and any proprietary information shared during our work together. We use secure communication practices to protect sensitive exchanges.
3. Professional Boundaries
We maintain clear boundaries that protect the integrity of the consulting relationship. Our consultants do not enter into business partnerships, financial arrangements, or personal relationships with clients during or after engagements. We do not exploit client relationships for personal gain.
4. Conflict of Interest
We disclose any potential conflicts of interest before engagement. If competing interests emerge during our work, we address them immediately with full transparency. We do not work with directly competing organizations simultaneously without explicit agreement from all parties.
5. Transparent Engagement Terms
All fees, deliverables, timelines, and expectations are established clearly before work begins. No hidden costs, no ambiguous commitments. Clients receive written confirmation of the scope, investment, and what our work together will address. Questions are expected and answered directly at any stage.
6. Client Responsibility
Strategic recalibration requires active participation. Clients who engage with us take responsibility for implementing insights, making decisions, and driving change within their organizations or families. We identify patterns and expose what's breaking—execution remains with the client.
7. Methodology & Approach
Our consultants bring years of experience across real estate, finance, operations, leadership, and organizational systems. Each consultant has developed expertise through direct experience, not academic theory alone. We work from pattern recognition and strategic skepticism—we pressure-test assumptions and won't reinforce what isn't structurally sound.
8. Accountability
We take client feedback seriously and address concerns with directness. If our work isn't achieving the clarity or recalibration expected, we discuss it openly. We hold ourselves accountable to these standards and to the results our clients need.
9. Non-Discrimination
We work with executives, families, and organizations regardless of industry, background, or structure. Our only requirement is readiness to examine what's actually happening and willingness to recalibrate based on reality, not wishful thinking.
10. Ongoing Professional Development
Our consultants continue to refine expertise, expand pattern recognition capabilities, and deepen understanding of systems dynamics. We bring current knowledge to each engagement and maintain professional rigor in our work.
Our Commitment
Professionalism means doing the work with precision and maintaining the boundaries that allow that work to happen. We create an environment where executives, families, and organizations can examine what's breaking without performance or pretense—because that's where real recalibration occurs.
